Vaccine management must be carried out and managed in accordance with established procedures to ensure good quality. The entire vaccine management process down to the service level must maintain the quality of the vaccine so that it remains high and effective, so that AEFI or undesirable medical events do not arise after immunization, and including the failure of the vaccine to produce immunity in the human body. This research aims to analyze the storage process, temperature monitoring and management of the Covid-19 vaccine during service in the work area of the Ogan Ilir District Health Service. This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner, the research informants consisted of the person in charge of the pharmacy at the health center, the immunization officer at the health center, the head of the district pharmacy installation and the sub-coordinator for surveillance and immunization at the Ogan Ilir District Health Service. The data collection technique was carried out using a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the informant in charge of the pharmacy at the health center. Then, in-depth interviews were conducted with the head of the district pharmacy installation and the surveillance and immunization sub-coordinator of the Ogan Ilir District Health Service. Also carried out direct observations and document reviews at 16 Community Health Centers. The research results show that the management of the Covid-19 vaccine at community health centers is not implemented properly, thereby potentially damaging the quality of the Covid-19 vaccine, due to the condition of the cold chain/vaccine refrigerator, problems in the storage process, the condition of temperature monitoring equipment and service support equipment. Inappropriate management of the Covid19 vaccine that occurs can be indicated by influencing factors, namely storage, temperature monitoring and vaccine management during service. The conclusion of this research is that potential damage to the quality of the Covid-19 vaccine at community health centers could occur, so it is necessary to carry out management activities for the management of the Covid-19 vaccine in accordance with the SOP in order to ensure that the quality of the vaccine remains high and maintained.
