Family medicine plays a pivotal role in combating this issue through comprehensive and patient-centered approaches. The research method of this article is a literature review involving analysis of articles related to obesity caused by sedentary lifestyles and unhealthy eating habit among family medicine in primary care. &nbsp;The research show that family medicine have an important role in treating obesity caused by sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating habit at the primary level. This article explores the multifaceted impacts of sedentary behavior and unhealthy eating on obesity prevalence, emphasizing the critical role of family physicians in prevention, early detection, and management. Key interventions include lifestyle counseling, behavior modification, nutritional education, and personalized exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs. Moreover, the integration of technology and community resources enhances the effectiveness of family medicine practices in promoting sustainable health outcomes.
